Redundancy

If you are made redundant, your employer may offer you a "Compromise Agreement" setting out the terms of a settlement.  The documents are often wordy and confusing.  Jarmans can explain the provisions in simple terms and answer any questions you may have before you commit yourself. 

Dispute Resolution

In the unfortunate event of a dispute with your employer we will advise and assist you to resolve matters.  We may, however, simply confirm that the employer is within his rights and although this may not be what you want to hear you will at least be able to be sure of the position and move forward.
