Jarmans is delighted to be supporting the following charities and organisation as part of our CSR Policy. All of these organisations are close to the hearts of the Jarmans team, and we look forward to supporting them going forward.
Jarmans Solicitors have always believed in building strong relationships with our local community and our support of local charities is just one example. Our team believes that we can make a difference by working with charitable organisations over many years, as can be seen from our support for Demelza Children’s Hospice and our Sponsorship of Sittingbourne FC and Stadium.
Demelza is an invaluable resource to the south-east, providing much needed hospice and respite support to seriously ill children and their families. Supporting around 750 babies, children, and young people across Kent, East London, and East Sussex providing help and support from before diagnosis, through day-to-day life, and through bereavement.
Over the last 10 years Jarmans are proud to have been able to provide £107,400 for Demelza, helping to provide much needed funds for them to keep running their charity and expand the services they offer.
We also support Tree of Hope, a charity that runs fundraises including running crowdfunding campaigns for children living with disabilities or illnesses. In many cases this helps to pay for specialist care that they may not have received through the UK healthcare system.
We are proud to support Beams which is a local Charity that supports disabled children, young people and their families. Their mission is “to provide comprehensive support services to families of children and young people with any form of physical, learning or sensory impairment living in the Dartford, Gravesham, Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas.”
