Making a Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney does not have to be daunting

April 6, 2020

With everything that’s going on in the world at the moment the last thing that is probably on your mind is preparing a Will or Lasting Powers of Attorney.  Sadly, this should probably be the first thing on your to-do list. Over the last few weeks Covid-19 virus has shown that it can affect people of all ages and walks of life. Being unprepared could make an already tragic life experience even worse for your family and loved ones.

I understand that thinking about a Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney can be both daunting and morbid at a time like this. Four months ago, no-one could have ever imagined that we would find ourselves in this situation (then again, how many of us can ever predict anything that happens to us?)

Because of this, my aim is to make the whole process as quick, simple and understandable as possible. We’ve worked hard to make sure that we follow all government advice and guidance and are able to advise and take instructions via a video appointment. This means that you don’t have to worry about leaving your home during lockdown and that you can still make sure that your last wishes are documented in a proper Will.

You may also wish to take advantage of our special offer that is running until 30th June 2020.  If you book to have your Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney written at the same time, we’ll give you a 20% discount off the cost of your Lasting Powers of Attorney bill.
